Totally agree that relaxation is key. It's good to see that because so many blogs and sites out there claim that a herb or yoga or whatever can be the magic bullet cure when this is pure BS.

As for the positions, I do disagree with you on the woman controlling on top. When I had bad premature ejaculation many years ago then the worst was this position because I felt totally out of control.

Otherwise, solid and great advice.
